Who Is Dr. Tara?

First, let me express my sincere gratitude for you being here! It is truly an honor to connect with you and welcome you to the It's Dr. Tara community. Before I get ahead of myself, let me take a few sentences and make a proper introduction. I go by Dr. Tara (I have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Howard University) and I am passionate about emotional wellness and healing. For over 20 years, I have supported countless individuals in embarking on their respective paths to their journey of deeper and more fulfilled practices of self-care, parent-child relationships, intimate partner relationships, and healing from various forms of trauma...
